The Challenge
Woodsell Farm is a 180-acre rewilding project in the Kent Downs National Landscape — a place where biodiversity is being restored and people are being invited to reconnect with nature.
As they prepared to launch their eco-accommodation, the challenge was clear: who is our audience, what are they searching for, and how do we meet them there?
We started by building the foundations — delivering a research-led strategy that mapped demand, revealed untapped content opportunities, and showed how to optimise for SEO and AI.
Now it was time to bring the vision to life with stunning content.
Woodsell needed more than a single film. They needed a bank of beautiful, flexible content to grow with them — visuals that could work across platforms, seasons, and stories.
We began with summer: a hero film to anchor the website, and the first shoot in a year-round content library designed to scale.

Our Approach
We planned the shoot with two goals: tell the story, and build the library.
Working closely with the Woodsell team, we identified the moments that mattered — aerials that captured the vastness, details that revealed the calm, and imagery that grounded the brand in its values.
Everything was shot with reuse and rescale in mind. From 16:9 website footage to vertical reels, we captured a suite of visuals ready to work across social, email, web, press, and future campaigns. This wasn’t content for a moment – it is content for momentum.
The Solution
We delivered a hero film that now sits front and centre of Woodsell’s website — setting the tone, telling the story of the landscape, and inviting people into the mission.
Alongside it, we built a high-quality content library: a bank of graded, tagged, and versatile clips that can be used to fuel day-to-day marketing.
