Working with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on their digital and social media output following the Grenfell Fire tragedy
Digital review, report and recommendations
Close collaboration with council team
Eight months after the Grenfell Fire tragedy we worked with The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on their digital output.
First we conducted a review of their digital and social media output, producing a report with recommendations.
The council wanted to consult with the community to seek their ideas on how the community could be strengthened.
They asked us to produce their community consultation website Stronger Communities
Working closely with the council’s Grenfell communications team we created a fresh brand identity for the consultation website that reflected familiar community landmarks and key architecture in the area.
The fully responsive website was designed to enable the community to answer questions and share their ideas across a range of six topics.
The ideas were then shared on the ‘ideas wall’ for the community to rate.
Ensuring a seamless user experience that encouraged and made it easy for the community to answer the questions was vital.
The council had a good response from the community and much praise for the website.
